What We Do

We help people achieve their fitness and health goals. Generally the first step is to get rid of pain and dysfunction.

Once this has been achieved we start to focus more on fitness and less on “rehab”.

We encourage our clients to get fit for a specific sport or activity as this usually results in a long term commitment to daily exercise.

We encourage a blend of stretching, strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

All of our clients get a lot of input with food and sleep. This process starts on the first visit. Sometimes this process leads to lab testing and use of supplements.

You will notice that we are both in shape and “walk the talk”. This gives us a credibility that cannot be bought with any amount of advertising or marketing.

Many of our clients have been working with us for over 20 years.

To get results with us you will need to be ready to make a lot of changes to eating and sleeping habits and you definitely need to be prepared to exercise daily.

What we ask requires a lot of hard work and real commitment. We do not offer short cuts!
